Position Title: Director of Perfusion
Location: Winchester, VA
Description: Description: Comprehensive Care Services Inc. is looking for a Director of Perfusion at Winchester Medical Center to complete our team of 4. The quality- driven candidate will bring their expertise to ensure that the Perfusion Department meets the standards within the resources available. It will be the responsibility of the Perfusion Department to respond to Open Heart Surgery, Autotransfusion, Pump Standby and IABP according to protocols and Hospital agreements. Performs procedures relative to the physiological management of patients' circulatory and respiratory functioning during and following cardiac surgery, under the direct supervision of the anesthesiologist and operating surgeon.

Requirements: Interested candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience accompanied by management experience. Must be willing to work flexible schedules. Demonstrate well-developed interpersonal skills and communication skills necessary to interact in a professional manner with nursing staff, health care team members, patient and families. Must have bachelor's or master's degree and be certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion. Must also have current BLS certification through either the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
