Achievement Recognition Committee

Mission Statement

The Achievement Recognition Committee shall promote the enhancement and prestige of the awards and scholarships and administer the judging and selection of the recipients. With the approval of the Board of Directors, it shall establish and maintain guidelines for each award and scholarship.

Responsibilities

• Promote the enhancement and prestige of the awards and scholarships. Spread awareness surrounding the awards and encourage members to nominate colleagues.
• Administer the judging and selection of the award recipients. Review award candidates to ensure they meet award criteria. Administer judging and/or select judges for the International Conference Abstract Awards.
• Establish and maintain guidelines for each award and scholarship.
