Bylaws Committee

Mission Statement

The Bylaws Committee shall study the bylaws and serve as the primary consultants regarding the application to Society business, proposing amendments to them as necessary for the enhancement of their administration and present such proposals to the Board of Directors and/or the membership. Review bylaws amendment proposals from outside the Bylaws Committee and provide authors/Board of Directors with opinion on the proposal.
