AmSECT is excited to host a standalone Pediatric and Congenital Perfusion Conference for the first time since 2018. Designed as a focused, small-conference experience, this meeting brings together pediatric and congenital perfusion professionals for high-value education, meaningful connection, and hands-on learning.
Whether you attend in person or join via livestream, expect practical content, open discussion, and a strong sense of community.

Program Highlights
Simulation Experience (Included)
A key component of this conference is a hands-on simulation experience built into the schedule. Attendees will rotate through simulation and concurrent discussion sessions in groups—creating a highly interactive learning environment.
Breakouts & Open Forum Discussion
Alongside simulation rotations, attendees will participate in breakout-style discussion and open forum sessions focused on real-world pediatric and congenital perfusion topics.
Credits
AmSECT will apply for approval of Category I CEUs by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP). Credit is contingent upon attendance and completion of conference evaluations. Credits are dependent on faculty availability, as schedule is subject to change. Only live attendees (in-person or virtual) will receive credit; no credit is given for on-demand viewing.

Policies
In-Person and Virtual Cancellation Policy:
- To request a refund, you must contact the AmSECT National Headquarters at amsect@amsect.org with documentation of your reason for cancellation. All requests must be made by July 31, 2026. Cancellations will not be accepted after that date. AmSECT is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. Speakers are subject to change without notice.
- Only in the case of loss of employment or death in the family will a cancellation and refund be issued.
- All cancellation requests will be reviewed by AmSECT, and if approved, will be processed within 2-3 weeks. Refunds that are approved will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 5 days before the event when requested in writing to amsect@amsect.org.
- If you wish to transfer to a virtual conference registration, you must contact the AmSECT National Headquarters at amsect@amsect.org. All requests must be made by July 31, 2026. Transfers will not be accepted after that date.
