The Mission of AmSECT’s Women in Perfusion Committee is to unite women in the field through opportunities and shared experiences.

Responsibilities

• Disseminate information to the WIP community
• Facilitate opportunities for collaboration, growth, education, and leadership while contributing to the advancement of perfusion and CCPs.
• Evaluate challenges and evolving issues
• Advocate against disparities and bias
