In this study we identified a total of 137 unique cognitive processes related to the intraoperative phase of coronary artery bypass grafting procedures. This study advances the current body of knowledge by elucidating cognitive processes involved during the intraoperative phase of cardiac surgery from the perspective of multiple operating room team members.
