Description
Weeknights with Occasional Weekends; 7:00pm-7:30am $45.57/hr (plus additional $12/hr when working with ECMO patients)

The Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) will promote relationship-centered care that appreciates vulnerability of patients, anticipates needs, and incorporates the patient as a full partner in care; deliver high quality care based on therapeutic caring relationships that are individualized to the patients and their families' needs and values; practice competently and uphold the standards of nursing practice to promote positive patient outcomes.
Requirements
Requires Bachelor’s degree in nursing; BLS and ALS certifications, current state of Florida RN license, ECMO course completion, sound clinical judgement, decision making and problem-solving skills, adept at managing complex treatment interventions/therapies, including expert time management skills within a high stress environment, effective teaching skills, strong verbal/written communication skills, ability to work independently while also working interdependently with other members of the healthcare team. Previous ECMO experience in an acute care patient setting, and CCRN and ECMO certifications preferred.
