The AmSECT Membership Committee periodically asks for topics that would be worthwhile to present over. In our most recent survey, the topic of perfusion salaries was suggested. This topic is timely given perfusion salaries are hitting record highs across the nation and large sign-on bonuses are becoming more common. Throughout this webinar we will discuss how salaries have changed over the past 20 years, different pay structures, ways to increase income and if more is truly better.
