Description
Full-time perfusionist opportunity in a team-oriented cardiac program. Join a group of three perfusionists and two assistants with evenly distributed caseload and shared call.
Case mix includes CABG, OPCAB, TAVR, valve, and aortic root procedures, with approximately 500 cases annually. Minimal post-cardiotomy VA-ECMO. Occasional autotransfusion (cell saver) standby with primary support from perfusion assistants.
Strong relationships with surgeons and anesthesia support a collaborative OR environment. Work-life balance is prioritized with a sustainable schedule.
Benefits
Compensation starts at $175,000 based on experience, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus, 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance with no payroll deductions, a 5% retirement contribution with no employee match required, CME support, and a cell phone stipend.
