Keystone Perfusion Services is seeking a Full-Time Staff Perfusionist to become the fourth member of our elite team at Grand Strand Medical Center. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-volume, high-quality program performing roughly 550 cases annually, including CABG, valve repair, and TAVR. Benefits
Compensation starts at $175,000/year and includes 401(k) with 4% match, health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, company-paid life insurance, PTO, and $1,500 annual CME reimbursement with 3-year rollover (up to $4,500).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher. Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular perfusion program
- Certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP)
- Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency managing the full scope of perfusion procedures, effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, strong attention to documentation accuracy, commitment to safety and professionalism, and enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
