Webinar | Women in Perfusion

Tami Rosenthal is the Chief Perfusionist at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia working with a dedicated team of Pediatric Perfusionists. She is active within AmSECT as a past president and Co-Chair of the Leadership Symposium.

Additionally, Rosenthal is an active planning committee member, faculty and moderator of many perfusion and cardiac surgery conferences including AmSECT and the Academy of Cardiovascular Perfusion. She is a Fellow of Pediatric Perfusion, recognized by AmSECT, and a Fellow Member of the Academy of Cardiovascular Perfusion. She is currently finishing a term as secretary of the Academy of Cardiovascular Perfusion.

A dedicated Philadelphia team’s supporter, Rosenthal resides in Philadelphia with her husband and 2 sons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the Delaware beach with her family.

DAC is a MUSC graduate. She has been a practicing CCP for 14 years.

She started her career at NYP under Linda Mongero and Jimmy Beck. She accepted a position at MUSC in 2013, and has been a practicing peds perfusionist ever since. She is active in AmSECT and serves as a chair for the PCPC and the ICPC. Additionally, she is on the FPP committee and ICEBP. She is a wife and mother of 2 children. Her passions include traveling and scubadiving.
