Description
CLFC Consultants, LLC is seeking a Clinical Perfusionist for contract work at Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, FL. You will operate and maintain extracorporeal circulation equipment during cardiac and major vascular surgeries, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert physiologic monitoring. Responsibilities include heart-lung bypass management, autotransfusion and blood salvage, patient physiology monitoring, perfusion documentation per VA protocols, and equipment maintenance. This is a contract position with W-2 or 1099 options. Compensation: $130-$145/hr (W-2) or $155-$165/hr (1099). 1000+ cases and VA experience preferred. Closing date: February 27, 2026. Requirements
Current ABCP CCP certification. Graduate of CAAHEP-accredited perfusion education program. Hands-on experience with CPB, ECMO, and IABP management. Current BLS and ACLS certification. U.S. citizenship (VA requirement). Ability to obtain VA credentialing.
