Description
Comprehensive Care Services, Inc. is looking for an Extra-Corporeal Life Support (ECLS) Specialist with at least 3-5 years of experience as a CCP, RN, or an RRT. Previous ECMO experience is preferred, but we are willing to provide training to applicants with motivation to learn a valuable skillset. Demonstrate well-developed interpersonal skills and communication skills necessary to interact in a professional manner with nursing staff, health care team members, patient, and families.
Requirements
- Develops treatment plan involving assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and education
- Communicates with the physician and other members of the healthcare team to interpret, adjust, and complete treatment specific care for the ECMO patient
- Provides assistance in the assessment of patients, interpretation of physician's orders and management of complications
- Responsible for assistance and support of the management team and customer in achieving quality, patient satisfaction, business management, teamwork, culture, and employee satisfaction
- 3 to 5 years of experience
