Comprehensive Care Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Perfusionist to join our expanding team and help build the foundation of Michigan’s Normothermic Regional Perfusion (NRP) program. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact, forward-looking role with significant room for professional growth.
We welcome candidates with 3–5 years of perfusion experience; those with 5+ years and supervisory or leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Prior NRP experience is preferred, but candidates with strong clinical acumen and a desire to develop expertise in this evolving field will also be considered.
This position is based in Michigan, and the selected individual must reside within the state, be willing to travel as needed, and maintain flexibility with scheduling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to professionalism and patient-centered care. We are seeking a self-driven, team-oriented perfusionist who values continuous learning, innovation, and clinical excellence.

Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree and be certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion or eligible to become certified after one year of employment. Must also have current BLS certification through either the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
