Requirements

• Graduate from a Perfusion Program
• Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA) 
• Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) - American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP)
• Perfusionist - Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
