Description
Comprehensive Care Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Pediatric Perfusionist to join our current dedicated team of 2 perfusionists and 3 ECMO specialists at AdventHealth for Children in sunny Orlando, Florida.
As a Pediatric Perfusionist, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing advanced cardiopulmonary support for neonatal and pediatric patients. You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and ECMO specialists to deliver high-quality care in a growing pediatric cardiac program. Currently one Cardiac Surgeon but the program is expanding to 2-3 Pediatric Cardiac Surgeons
Responsibilities include:
- Initiation and management of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) for neonatal and pediatric cardiac surgery
- Collaboration with ECMO specialists in the management of ECLS/ECMO support
- Participation in quality improvement initiatives, protocol development, and program growth

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited perfusion program
- Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) or board eligible (required)
- Pediatric experience preferred, but strong adult candidates with interest in peds will be considered
- Strong new grads will be considered
- ECMO experience is a plus
