Description
Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in beautiful Wilmington NC, has an immediate opening for a staff perfusionist. The qualified candidate will be part of a four-member perfusion team with 3 surgeons. We support an established adult perfusion program that includes CABGs, Valves, Aortic Cases and ECMO. Program includes 450 hearts with 40 ECMOS, on average per year. Competitive salary also includes health coverage, professional liability insurance, meeting reimbursement and a retirement plan.
Requirements
- Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or eligibility required
- Graduate of an accredited perfusion education program
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small-team setting
