Description
AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Staff Perfusionist to join our established cardiac surgery program in Atlantic City, NJ. This is a high-volume, diverse program performing approximately 375 open-heart cases annually, including CABG, valve procedures, TAVR, aortic surgery, and ECMO support as needed. Both experienced perfusionists and recent graduates are welcome; new grads will find a supportive team environment to grow their skills. On-call responsibilities are evenly distributed among the team.
Benefits
Compensation: $150,000–$210,000 annually, plus relocation assistance up to $5,000, 401(k) with 4% match, health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, company-paid life insurance, PTO, CME reimbursement of $1,500 annually (carries over up to 3 years), and optional short/long-term disability and additional life insurance.
Requirements
- Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) credential or board eligibility required.
- Licensed in New Jersey or eligible to obtain NJ licensure.
- Experience with CABG, valve procedures, and ECMO preferred; strong teamwork and communication skills required.
