Description
Kootenai Health (KH), a nationally recognized regional medical center located in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, is seeking a full-time Perfusionist to join our dynamic Cardiothoracic Surgery team.
Our staffing goal is to have three (3) full-time and one (1) half-time Perfusionists to cover three (3) Surgeons.
Our practice is adults only consisting primarily of CABG, valves, aortic dissections, TAVRs, Impella, and occasional ECMO. Our annual caseload is approximately 350 cases, excluding TAVRs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in perfusion or related field preferred
- Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) required or eligibility to become certified within one year
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient safety and team collaboration
