Description
Comprehensive Care Services is looking for a Perfusionist in the Longview, TX area. The perfusionist will perform procedures related to the physiological management of patients’ circulatory and respiratory functions during and following cardiac surgery, under the direct supervision of the anesthesiologist and operating surgeon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cardiopulmonary bypass and ECMO support for cardiac surgical procedures.
- Monitor patient and equipment status and communicate changes to the surgical team.
- Manage blood products and mechanical circulatory support as indicated.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to support safe, high-quality patient care.
- Document procedures and maintain compliance with hospital, state, and AMSECT standards.

Requirements
Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, be certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion and have current BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. Current state licensure as well, as required by applicable state law.
