Description
Strata Critical Medical is seeking a Staff Perfusionist to join our team in Scranton, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide cardiopulmonary bypass and related perfusion services across four facilities based on operational needs. The position includes a 50% on-call commitment to ensure continuous coverage for cardiac surgical cases. Benefits
We offer competitive compensation of $155,000–$170,000 annually, plus a strong benefits package: 401(k) with 4% match, health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, company-paid life insurance, PTO, and $4,500 annual CME reimbursement (three-year accrual).
Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, competence across the full range of perfusion procedures, effective teamwork, detail-oriented documentation, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and professional standards.
- Bachelor's degree or higher; graduate of an accredited cardiovascular perfusion program
- Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP)
- Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross); and a Pennsylvania Perfusion License
