Oral Abstract Presentations
- Please refer to your email for your session date and time, or view the agenda page.
- Please download the official PowerPoint template here. [Available Soon!]
- In addition to presenting at the conference, you are required to submit your abstract to AmSECT’s Journal of Extracorporeal Technology (JECT) as a manuscript.
- Submit your abstract to JECT here.
- Although there is no deadline for submitting, please submit your abstract to JECT prior to your presentation.
- When your presentation is ready for submission, please email it to kelsey.olson@ewald.com. The deadline for submission is March 4, 2026.

Poster Abstract Presentations
- Poster Abstract Presentations are required to be printed. Bring a printed poster that can be tacked onto a tackboard.
- If you prefer not to travel with your poster, feel free to have it printed at the FedEx Office conveniently located inside the hotel. To start a print order, click here.

- Maximum Poster Size: 4 foot length x 6 foot width
- Posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference in the hallway outside of the exhibit hall.
- Please refer to your emails for your poster presentation date and time.
- At your scheduled time, please be by your poster in the hallway outside of the exhibit hall. Please be prepared to explain your abstract to the judges and attendees and to answer any questions they may have.
