Any phone calls soliciting you about your hotel reservation are not authorized by AmSECT, and AmSECT cannot help you if you book rooms through these groups. Reservations made through unaffiliated groups may appear to offer lower rates, but they may be illegitimate, carry unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.

Parking
Parking at the hotel is valet only. Current valet rates:
- 0–3 hours: $27.44
- 3–8 hours: $43.90
- 8+ hours: $71.34
Self-parking is available at surrounding downtown garages and surface lots.
Please note: the city parking garage attached to the Renaissance Nashville Hotel and the Nashville Main Library is closed until further notice, and there is no access to the Library Garage from The Bridge Bar on the 3rd floor.
