Continuing Education Credits

AmSECT will apply for 39–45 Category I CEUs by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP). Only live attendees (in person or virtual) will receive credit; no credit is given for on-demand viewing.

Event Policies

Code of Conduct

As an International Conference participant, you are agreeing to adhere to the Conference Code of Conduct. Please review the agreement here.

In-Person and Virtual Cancellation Policy

To request a refund, contact the AmSECT National Headquarters at amsect@amsect.org with documentation of your reason for cancellation. All requests must be made by February 19, 2027. Cancellations will not be accepted after that date. AmSECT is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants. Speakers are subject to change without notice.
Only in the case of loss of employment or death in the family will a cancellation and refund be issued.
All cancellation requests will be reviewed by AmSECT and, if approved, will be processed within 2–3 weeks. Approved refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 5 days before the event when requested in writing to amsect@amsect.org.
To transfer to a virtual conference registration, contact the AmSECT National Headquarters at amsect@amsect.org by February 19, 2027. Transfers will not be accepted after that date.

Payments

To ensure seamless access to the virtual and in-person event, please have all check payments mailed by Friday, February 19, 2027. Due to USPS delays, sending payment as early as possible is strongly encouraged. We are not able to accept payments sent by FedEx or UPS. Registrants will not have access to the in-person or virtual conference until payment is received and processed. If your payment is not received by March 6, your registration will be deleted and you will need to re-register at the prevailing registration rate.

No check payments will be accepted after February 19, 2027, for the 65th International Conference.
